Yes, it is. A couple of Oppressions would not justify running this at all. It would be slow and horribly inconsistent.
GenzoTheHarpist
Any way, the main purpose of this card seems to be for an Uria deck or maybe on exodia deck with appropriate.

If you're using Oppression and Light-Imprisoning Mirror in Tele-DaD, that gives you six targets for this card.

LIM is exclusive to the Side Deck, and even then you generally won't use 3 Oppression + 3 LIM anyhow. You could spend Side Deck space on this if you really wanted to, but there are better ways to use your fifteen slots. Then, just add on the fact that this is the slowest turbo card around, and Oppression-DAD hasn't gained a whole lot of power.

Killey
No teleDAD build is going to run 6 continuous traps just so they can run 3 cards for additional draw power. The continuous traps you've listed are highly unconventional for a teleDAD build. Only a single royal oppression is used in a teleDAD build and usually it's a side deck card. Light Imprisoning Mirror is rarely played/side decked as Lightlords aren't a huge threat to teleDAD decks. Plus the difference between Lightlord decks to teleDAD decks being played at a tournament is huge. TeleDAD is played way more often then Lightlords so maining 3 Light Imprisoning Mirrors is terrible. Side decking multiple copies of these cards is also terrible as it wastes your deck space for valuable tech cards. Overall, the strategy of setting up the draw 2 with this card is inconsistent. Most continuous traps played are used for lock down strategies so losing a part of your lock down for an additional 2 cards is stupid. Yeah, it would be nice for teleDAD to kill that royal oppression so they can SS for a OTK and netting 2 cards from it is nice but not reliable. It might see play in an anti-meta deck at best but again deck space is tight in those decks anyways. There are modified DDT strategies right now with Calvin Tsang's build being the most successful build for the current metagame.

Lolwut?6) DDT already has as much draw power as it can handle with 3 Allure + 3 D-Draw + 3 Trade-In; back when it was still around, people would often run only eight of those nine. Killey
Man, I love the combo with The Beginning of the End, Diamond Dude, and Plaguespreader Zombie. I run that strategy in my D-End Dragoon/DAD deck. The thing that makes DDT builds successful is that those costs can still be paid in the event that DD doesn't go off as planned. Also, what's the point in running all of that draw power if you don't have a win condition. Essentially you continue to fill your deck with draw cards that take up to 12 slots in your deck which is too much commitment for drawing through your deck. Good for exodia but not so good in a practical deck. You need to back up that draw power with something explosive.
