Flame Dragon
I'm not saying it should be used as a wall' date=' I'm saying that it's bulky enough to take some hits, even one or two super-effective hits. In in-game play, I see Glaceon working more than Leafeon, although I've never experimented with the latter. When did Leafeon become UU? o_O[/quote']I know you weren't saying it should be a wall, but with that line up of weakness, only made worse by the SR one, it's life expectancy isn't that long. In game Glac probably is better since Leaf doesn't eve have a decent Sp ATK stat while in game that's the one you want for a Grass type. Also the fact that Glac is slow isn't as big a deal. IDK. I looked and saw that it was.
Eury
So liek, this was started on Shoddy (Dark knows). Do you guys (who play competitively) think Clefable should be BL?

If you remember, I forgot who, but he/she brought up the fact that Umbreon is OU and if Umbreon is OU, Clefable can be considered BL. I agree. I see Clefable so much more than Umbreon. In fact, I've never seen an Umbreon on Shoddy so far. Not even on Youtube. Even outside Shoddy (WiFi) I've never seen Umbreon. But I see Clefable like, at least every 4-5 videos. Eury
Umbreon can Toxic, Wish, Mean Look and Baton Pass.Clefable can Toxic, Wish, Softboiled, Seismic Toss, Duel Screen, T Wave, Heal Bell, Encore, Cosmic Power, etc. Sure, Blissey is superior to Clefable in the OU environment, but Clefable > Umbreon. Only thing Umbreon has over Clefable is being able to Baton Pass and some bulk.
Dark
Just remember that BL is a banlist for UU, much like Ubers is a banlist for OU. If a Pokemon is broken in OU, it is voted to be Uber. If a Pokemon is broken in UU, it is voted to be BL. They were right that they said not being involved much in the UU metagame hampered my knowledge, and I agree with them there. I just couldn't say that in the chat, lest I look like a hypocrite. However, I have enough knowledge to make a valid opinion, which is a concept they didn't seem to understand. The fact that Clefable is extremely versatile in sets and can do special walling better than anything other than Blissey is a plus. They said that Clefable had counters, or checks. Try bringing in your Breloom on the special waller when it turns out to be a Facader that OHKOs you from boosted STAB Facade. You never know what set it is running, and because it doesn't take residual damage, Leftovers is never revealed as soon as it comes out. LO no-recoil STAB Double-Edge does a bunch of damage. It doesn't have the best stats, but it has the best options, that everything in OU would kill for. Personally, looking back at it, it's fine in UU. However, one could easily argue the point that it should be in BL. Just consider that Salamence is being tested for Uber in the current OU metagame. Would Salamence-Clefable to OU-UU be a fair comparison? Salamence dominates the OU metagame, and you need to build your team to counter it. Because Clefable is more wall-oriented than a sweeper, you should be prepared for it, but you don't outright need to always carry a full-blown counter. HitoKage
A 4 line evo would be quite awesome. Don't do much competitive playing, so going back to this. I would be awesome, but maybe going a little too far.
EliminateHRN
Another in-game question. In Pokemon Emerald, who's a better water-type to have, Tentacruel or Starmie? And I didn't pick Mudkip because I overuse it so, so, so much. Thanks.

JadenxAtemYAOI
There will always be hacked teams sorry. Us game hackers have a program called "Legitimacy Checker"
Felix
Depends on what level of hacked though. If it was Pokesav generated but has a legitimate moveset EV spread and IVs, I'd let it go. I'd only do it the odd time myself though. On a competitive note, SALAMENCE IS NOW UBER!!
Eury
On a competitive note' date=' SALAMENCE IS NOW UBER!![/quote'] inorite. Finally. :D Kingdra is probably gonna take it's spot, or Flygon. idk.
Dark
Eh, I have mixed opinions about Salamence being Uber. But it doesn't matter; by December, the BW metagame will have already developed, so it doesn't matter what Salamence is. He'll be retested for the BW metagame and have an official placement then. Until Gen VI, of course. Kingdra is the only viable Dragon that can take Salamence's spot, and MixDra can't wallbreak as well. I hope full-blown stall doesn't come back, but I don't mind semi-stall or bulky offense.

Dragon Master
Kibago is a Dragon type. I jizzed. And he has Mold Breaker' date=' which is awesome. I really want to see what the rest of his line will look like. I'm also hoping his evo isn't Dragon/Ground or Dragon/Flying. Shoddy has HG/SS move sets and I never see Drag. Also Steel types taking 1/2 in a meta where that is one of the best types also hurts it. Same goes for the handful of Ghosts, mainly Rotom.
