Felix
well i can't/don't play competitive because A)i like wifiB)i've always preferred just having fun w/o having to think about winning so muchC)because it just a game XD Just sounds like girly excuses for not trying it. Use Shoddy Battle. It's free, you don't need WiFi and there's no training involved. Also, competitive play is still a game, it's just a better way of playing Pokemon. DeathSDelano
but shoddy requires download which takes up space on my computer and i don't care if you call it an excuse because i got bored with this gen already and waiting for the next one
Dark
Shoddy takes up absolultely no space. If it takes up less than 1 GB (and trust me, it does; it probably takes up a few MBs, or less), it is absolutely nothing compared to 80GB+ computers that exist today. You are just using excuses. And even when Gen V comes out, Shoddy will still be used for Gen IV battling until the Gen V metagame actually develops, so it's not like you are downloading Shoddy Battle for a month and then it'll be useless. In other news Scizor has fallen from the #1 spot. Heatran has taken over and really, but IMO I don't think he's that great. Must just be me. July statistics came out? Link me, please? I never really liked Scizor in the number one spot; it can only do one of two things, CB or Swords Dance. I understand that the former is an awesomesauce revenge killer and the latter can sweep end-game teams, but it doesn't seem like #1 material. :/

Flame Dragon
24 hours, so not double post. With the recent news of B/W we learn too very important competive battle things. Vap can get Hydration, but ATM it must be caught in the wild to have it. Sturdy is now Focus Sash. Also TMs act like HMs now in that you don't loss them. DeathSDelano
that and you can fight Vicitini over and over by knocking it out according to serebii which is weird so possible training target if the EVs it gives are just right
Felix
Pokemon and accessible areas changing because of seasons is awesome, but I probably won't think that when I have to wait four moths to catch the Pokemon I want... The Plasma Team sounds like a good idea. They're like an extremist Pokemon Greenpeace or something.
Legokun
TMs are multiuse?Whats the catch.
Dark
No catch on TMs, presumably. Also, seasons are just an extreme version of day/night. Except day/night is in one day, while seasons take up a whole month. Although that's three times a season repeats in a year, so not bad.
burnpsy
TMs are multiuse?Whats the catch. Decent TMs are kept for post-game? That's probably it. Plus, if they put the TMs in the Game corner (assuming there is one) and allow people to buy coins again, one can probably get Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Flamethrower rather early for their entire team, making the game a cakewalk. Flame Dragon
So we got some news abilities. Dust-Proof: No sandstorm damage.Herbivorous: Up attack when hit with a grass move.Healing Heart: Team mates can't be hit with Status.Sand Throw: Swift Swim for SandSand Power: Makes Sandstorm increase power of Rock/Steel/Ground types.Telepathy: Can't be hurt by team mates. Bold are good and can give some pokemon some major increases.
Dark
I'd prefer Herbivorous to be +1 SpA, since most Grass-types are on the special side of the spectrum, but maybe Tsutaja will change that. Telepathy is a decent ability for Triple and Rotational Battles. Free EQ, Surf, Discharge, etc. immunities.

Flame Dragon
Well most of what we say will just be coming from smogon. But before I start what do you want to use it for? Is it going to be support or sweeper? Is it even for competitive play.
OnSlaUghT
Sweeper, just for friend play, but we follow competitive rules.

Send me a PM (PC, technically), and we'll work something out. I need to make a team asap, since I haven't done anything in terms of battling for weeks. Madsen
Alright guys, I have a Breloom set that I've been using for a long time, and pwning with it. Normally when you see Breloom it's like "Oh f*** Spore Puncher"So this comes as a real surprise: Breloom, Lv100 @ Choice Band252 ATK, 252 SPE, 4 HPAdamant Nature~Mach Punch~Seed Bomb~Thunderpunch~Stone Edge Mach Punch can OHKO most Lukes after stones I think (not sure) and 2HKO for sure, and in such an Ice/Rock/Steel metagame, this is the shiz. Especially if you can get an ATK boost on it, this thing is pure gold. Go try.
Dark
Spore is the only reason Breloom is OU, imo. I'd love to try it out, though. I don't really know what purpose it would serve on a team, as a lot of other CBers have better Speed and get more coverage, but it looks interesting. Dark
I'll criticize your team later, but I see two problems first. One, Will-o-wisp (or most status) on a Choiced fellow is bad. If you can, but WoW on something other than Rotom. And replace it with Trick. Two, all three entry hazards? I know you have a spinblocker, but... eh. Even if you are running a stallish team, only SR and TSpikes are needed. Spikes don't really matter as much, and your Fortress would like another moveslot for attacking or Explosion. Fortress lead? Eh. Your team seems VERY stallish, or at least extremely bulky offense.
