Yes, Hail is falling during Red's battle. He's a moron because the only Pokemon that can benefit from that are those that use Blizzard, and Lapras.

 

Why don't you give us the effect of Healing Wave instead of giving us a broken link?

It's essentially recover or softboiled but it effects the target instead of the user.

I mean, I guess it only works in double or triple battles, but its a great move there.

The only reason we have so much is cause of the mole, but he isn't that bad if you carry a counter.

ATM, no. Odds are we will get one though. Just not for another 2/3 years.

Several people on Wi-Fi play double battles, and there are several required triple battles through out B&W if Bulbapedia is right, if you made a pokemon specificly for that, but not part of your actuall team, it couldn't be the worst move in the world, that title belongs to splash

Healing Wave is junk in singles.

The bolded are what I find idiotic. Blaziken? really? While my Electrivire is going around killing legendaries and such people are wanting to get rid of blaziken? Sure it can learn brave bird and flare blitz but infernape has slack off, close combat, and flare blitz. Wobuffet I can understand because if you're going against a team of sp. sweepers then you know what's coming. if they ban sleep inducing moves i'm using effect spore to piss people off.

I've faced enough Electivires already to know what I'm talking about, I an under no obligation to accept your challenge. Unless you're doing something drastically different than all of the other Electivires, the already fairly bad Pokemon that is Electivire got nerfed by gen 5's trap preview.

 

Besides, I'm not interested in gen 4 competetive at this point. I spend the little time that I can use for Pokemon right now planning for gen 5. In terms of gen 5, Electivire only got worse since your opponent now knows it's there.

 

All starters get an extra ability through Dream World now.

Alright, who do you deem as an expert trainer on here? If you think Electrivire(mine at least, has over 330 atk) then I will happily prove my strength as a trainer. I know for certain that most legendaries can be KOed by my Electrivire in one hit. No stat lowering or heightening either. I've got a team that took down 5 legendaries easy. The legendaries were Palkia, Mewtwo, Regigigas with slow start taken away by skill swap, Mew, and Ho-Oh. battle video is the following.

Jolly, pokerus, and going against ATK specialized pokemon like Lance's dragons

It's not an extremely daunting task to beat hacked legendary Pokemon that probably have a Docile nature and no EVs whatsoever.

 

Electivire has always been a very sub-par Pokemon, and I doubt you can do anything to make it work. Even when I shot a tangent set that used Choice Scarf it had quite limited utility.

 

I think you should learn what you are talking about before saying that you know what you are talking about. JUST A THOUGHT.
