Bending The Rules...

Alright, just to clarify before someone complains or something, this IS a set, but I want to see people's opinions of this card first before I post the rest of the set. I wanna see how good your eye for detail is.

This card is technically fairly realistic, but it's too long for a card. So, I put it here.

Effect:

You may add this card from your Deck to your hand to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, or to prevent monsters you control from being destroyed by battle, then negate the effects of any Effect Monsters you control that were not originally Normal Monsters, and reduce their ATK and DEF to 0. You may Special Summon this card from your hand to negate an attack. The attacked monster may not be attacked again during the turn this effect is used. You may Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Effect Monster that was originally a Normal Monster from your Graveyard to the field. You may remove from play this card in your Graveyard to draw 1 card. If your Life Points are lower than your opponent's while this card is removed from play, during your Main Phase, you may discard 1 card to add this card that is removed from play to your Deck.

The rest of the cards don't have pictures, so I'll just post them in text form.

Please look at the rest of the cards before commenting! And its SUPPOSE to be Normal.

Since people seem incapable of reading the rest of the cards, I'll put this here, and hopefully people will finally start getting it.

Rule #4 - Flavor Text

Group: Spell Card

Type: Spell

Icon:Quick-Play

Send this card to the Graveyard. While this card exists in your Graveyard, Normal Monsters are treated as Effect Monsters and gain any effects mentioned in their Flavor Text. If a Normal Monster does not have any effects in their Flavor Text, that monster's effect becomes: When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card.

(note: it says Flavor Text. Gemini monsters dont have flavor text. The cards must also actually have an EFFECT, so normal flavor text wont do anything)

Rule #1 - Rule of 3

Group: Trap Card

Type: Trap

Icon:Continuous

This card cannot be activated until after all players have had at least 1 turn. When this card is activated, both players must discard cards until they have 3 cards in their hand. While this card is face-up on the field, both players may only hold a maximum of 3 cards in their hand. If at any point during a turn either player has more than 3 cards in their hand, they must discard cards until they have 3 cards. Both player's Decks are treated as the top 3 cards they had on their Decks at the beginning of each Phase. If a player would have 0 cards in their Deck because of this effect, and would draw, they do not draw instead. Once per turn, you may remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard.

Rule #2 - Unique

Group: Spell Card

Type: Spell

Icon:Continuous

This card is treated as a Speed Spell. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, more than 1 monster with the same name cannot exist face-up on the field. If a monster with the same name as a face-up monster on the field is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, Special Summoned or flipped face-up later, it is sent to the Graveyard. (If monsters with the same name are Summoned or flipped face-up at the same time, they are all sent to the Graveyard.) Cards sent to the Graveyard by this card's effect cannot be removed from play.

(This set is designed so it can be used with Speed World if you wanted to, but without requiring Speed World, meaning none of it uses Speed Counters)

Rule #3 - Battle Phase

Group: Trap Card

Type: Trap

All monsters inflict Piercing damage until the end of the turn. While this card exists in your Graveyard, all monsters inflict Piercing damage. If either player's Life Points are 4000 or less while this card is in your Graveyard, remove this card from play.

Rule #5 - Summoning Sickness

Group: Trap Card

Type: Trap

Icon:Continuous

This card cannot be negated or destroyed by its controller. Both players can Normal Summon or Set monsters without Tribute(s). When a monster is Normal Summoned, negate that monster's effect. All monsters on the field cannot attack in the same turn that they are summoned (includes Flip Summon and Special Summon). Only 1 monster may attack per turn.

Vanilla Monster

Attrib: Light

Type: Fiend

Level:4

Atk: 1900

Def: 1600

This card is treated as a "Rule" monster. While this card is face-up on the field, Effect Monsters that were not originally Normal Monsters have their effects negated.

Vengeful Werewolf

Attrib: Dark

Type: Beast-Warrior

Level:3

Atk: 900

Def: 400

When this card is destroyed, during your next Battle Phase, you may Special Summon this card from your Graveyard and double its original ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. If this card battles with a monster that destroyed this card, it gains ATK equal to half that monster's ATK until the end of the Damage Step.

Legendary Cop

Attrib: Earth

Type: Warrior/Tuner

Level:5

Atk: 2400

Def: 1000

This card is treated as a "Rule" monster. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, Trap Cards can be activated during the same turn they are Set for the remainder of the duel.

Ultimate Enforcer

Attrib: Earth

Type: Warrior/Synchro/Effect

Level:12

Atk: ?

Def: 2900

"Legendary Cop" + 2 or more non-tuner monsters This card's effect cannot be negated. This card is treated as a "Rule" monster. The original ATK of this card is equal to the combined original ATK of the non-tuner monsters used to Synchro Summon it for the remainder of the duel, unless this card is returned to the Extra Deck. If the ATK of this card is 2900 or lower, this card gains 1000 ATK. While you control this face-up card, if a monster has higher ATK than this card, reduce the ATK of that card by 1000 only once. If that monster still has higher ATK than this card, that card is destroyed. If the non-tuner monsters used to Synchro Summon this card were originally Normal Monsters, this card gains the effect of 1 of the non-tuner monsters.

I just finished another card with a picture, so here it is, replacing its counter-part.

FLIP: Add 1 Effect Monster that was originally a Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand OR add 1 Level 4 or lower Effect Monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed during the same turn it is flipped face-up, return the selected card to your Deck. When this card is destroyed by battle or by a Monster Effect, equip it to the monster that destroyed it and reduce that card's ATK by 800.

Image Credit goes to someone on deviantart. i lost the link ;_; I'll try to find it to put here though, but for now, this is the best I can do.

Badge of the Law

Group: Spell Card

Type: Spell

Icon:Equip

This card is treated as a Speed Spell. This card can only be equipped to a "Rule" monster. Once per turn, you may add 1 "Rule" card from your Deck, Graveyard, or that is removed from play to your hand. The equipped monster is unaffected by Spell and Trap cards other than this card.

Sonic Werehawk

Attrib: Wind

Type: Winged-Beast

Level:6

Atk: 1270

Def: 2430

When this card attacks, reduce the Level of this card by 1 for each card in your opponent's hand, and this card gains gains ATK equal to 400 x the difference between this card's Level and its original Level, until the end of the turn.

Legendary Vampire Bat

Attrib: Dark

Type: Zombie

Level:1

Atk: 800

Def: 100

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 1 monster you control that was origianally a Normal Monster. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect, this card gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the Tributed monster, the Level of this card becomes the Level of the Tributed monster + 2, and this card's name becomes "Legendary Vampire". If this card would be used for a Synchro Summon, you may treat its Level as 2 higher or lower than it is. When this card would be destroyed, you may send 1 monster that was originally a Normal Monster from your Deck to your Graveyard.

Rule of The Summoner

Attrib: Dark

Type: Spellcaster

Level:2

Atk: 1200

Def: 1200

This card gains ATK equal to 300 x its Level. As long as this card is face-up on the field, each time a monster is Special Summoned or Flip Summoned, treat that Summon as a Normal Summon. Each time a monster is Normal Summoned, increase the Level of this card by half the Level of the Summoned monster.

I cant really do anything about the water marks, or the stretching, since I don't have any good image editing programs, but I figured this was the best I could do myself, and I wanted this one to have a picture. The others may not get pics.

If anyone has any pictures they think fit my set, I'd greatly appreciate the help if you would post them here. I'm having a lot of trouble finding images. And thanks for commenting. Are those scores for the whole set? Or just my Guardian? Or what?

Make sure to click the Effect box next to the Type in the Card Maker :P

Your attention to detail fails. YCM starts at Effect by default. I'd have to change it myself to get a normal monster. :P

Incorrect. Click Generate the second you open it' date=' and it'll turn to normal

Not bad' date=' though deck should be capitilised and it should be a effect monster.

[/quote']

Deck isn't capitalized (I checked), and its SUPPOSE to be a Normal. check the rest of the cards.

Deck IS supposed to be capatilaze. It's NOT Supposed to be a normal, cause it has an effect.

Don't argue with me on this. I MADE it intending to be a Normal. You should note the name of the thread is "Bending The Rules", and if you bothered to read the rest of the cards, you'd see there is a card that MAKES IT AN EFFECT MONSTER!!! God, it's not hard to read more than the 1 big card with a picture. Though now that I checked again I see why there was a mix-up. Deck is suppose to be capitalized, so I'll fix that.

*Sigh*' date=' no, if you want an Normal Effect, you must put this in the effect.

This card is treated as a Normal Monster.

Or you can make it a Gemini

[/quote']

.... I made it exactly how I intended it to be. It's not SUPPOSE to have an effect on its own. Go read my damn first post again.

? what exactly is that' date=' and why are you defending this n00b anyways? No offense to either of you.

[/quote']

Look up at my other post I just made. Flavor Text is one of the other 14 cards you DIDNT read that are part of the set.

Ok, I did. This is pretty much an Epic Fail like *ARCEUS*'s HP Monster Idea. I haven't really seen any good new card ideas from n00bs in a LONG time. I shall leave you alone now, seeing as you're just gonna get pissed off and more than likely neg rep me like crazy if I continue stating opinions
