My rate 8.5/10.[/quote'] no, its level becomes three. a card was just released in the new japanese set, Raging Battle that has i similar effect to this that can be used as a reference. the card is #31, Messenger of the Underworld. This card can be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 monster. If it was Summoned that way, its Level becomes 5, and its original ATK and DEF are halved. FateTheSeer Posted February 15, 2009 Author Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 ok how the hell is there any errors in the ocg plus how is it over powered its a lvl 5 with 2000 atk and 1000 def if u chose to normal summon it with a tribute if you chose to normal summon it without a tribute it becomes a lvl 3 monster with 1000 atk and 500 def and its point is to be a tuner monster that can help you summon strong syncho monsters easily Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
