Binbogami is interesting, though I think the wording on the last effect would be a little different, since paying Life Points isn't really "an amount of damage." I like what it does, though, Spirit Burn isn't such an awkward thought. 8/10

Owatatsumi is interesting. Also, "A Legendary Ocean" is treated as "Umi" for all ruling purposes so putting the two together is asinine. It's got a lot of crazy synergy with it, too. Special Summonable from the hand, though it can't attack that turn, and you don't state where the Aqua-type or Fish-type monster is sent FROM to get to the bottom of your Deck, though I would assume from your Graveyard. I like the Tribute 1 Water monster to get a Spirit effect. This card is nice. I'm a Umi/ALO fan, and certainly a Spirit fan, so this card tailors to both suits. :D 9/10

Benzaiten is interesting. Being Special Summoned "during" a Chain Link 3 is odd, since declaring a Special Summon with it would put it on the chain link. I think you'd have to respond with this card during a Chain Link 3, and then you'd run into issues with out-speeding Counter Traps. It's an alright card with the activating Spells and Traps from your hand thing, I like that. I like how it doesn't return to your hand if you Special Summon it, since it only returns to your hand during the turn it's Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. <_< 7/10

Good work on the new ones, for the most part.

1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner "Spirit" monster

This card returns to the owner's Extra Deck during the End Phase it was Synchro Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 Level 4 or lower non-Tuner "Spirit" or EARTH monster to your hand from your Deck. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Fox Messenger Token" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 200/DEF 0) to your field in face-up Attack Position. Tokens Special Summoned by this card's effect cannot be used as tribute. During your Battle Phase, your opponent must discard 1 EARTH monster from their hand or Deck. If they cannot, all face-up "Fox Messenger Tokens" can attack directly this Battle Phase. If a "Fox Messenger Token" you control attacks your opponent directly, during your Battle Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Special Summon 1 "Fox Messenger Token" to your field in face-up Attack Position. During the End Phase a "Fox Messenger Token" does battle damage, this card is not returned to the Extra Deck by its effect.

You know, barring the highly improbable circumstance of an opponent having any EARTH monsters in their deck, this card could create an OTK. If you kept laying on attacks with Messengers, you'd eventually destroy your opponent. The two problems are:

1: Getting all EARTH monsters out of your opponent's deck. I'm not so sure of how to do this... All I can think of is Vampire Lord attacking repeatedly, but that doesn't sound so good - it's a bit slow.

2: Clearing out excess tokens. This can be done much more easily. I recommend a combination of Snipe Hunter and Night Assailant. Keep discarding the Assailant for the Sniper's effect, destroying your tokens. Then NA returns to your hand for infinite ammo!

If anyone can figure out how to clear out EARTH monsters from the deck, tell me.

Several things. For one, you cannot special summon spirit monsters. (With the sole exception of Izanagi) In fact, the very first sentence in practically all spirit monsters is "This card cannot be special summoned," yet only one monster out of your five says this.

The first monster is synchro, and I'm not very experienced with synchro, so I don't have a lot to say. The picture looks just a little bit crowded, but its still a cool pic.

The second monster is perfect. Love the picture and the effect.

The third, the only thing that troubles me might be the last line... but I'm not totally sure why. It seems like it could be a deceptively large + if used with the right cards, although I'm guessing I'm just worrying too much. Surprisingly, I've seen that picture several times before... and the person who used it and I don't have a great past.

Fourth card, I don't know about crossing Umi/Legendary ocean with a spirit... especially since you normally can't special summon most all spirits. I still like Umi, so its fine, but what I would do is change it to summon normally and simply make its effect stronger. Have you seen some of the 5-star+ spirit's effects? They're pretty awesome.

Fifth monster, do many cards incorporate chains specifically besides something like chain strike? I really didn't think so. Also seen the picture before on this one.... And I also don't have a good past with this one either.

Sorry for being such a critic, its not like I have anything better to boast about. Overall 9/10

Edit: You added another card while I was writing this out... I'll post something about it when I stop being lazy.

Kami no Kaze was pretty balanced until the end. That's just a LITTLE bit over the top. Really, every single card? You can just Summon this, swing it into a monster with 1000+ ATK (98% of Decks run monsters with over 1000 ATK) and then demolish everything. This promotes so much potential advantage in one swing that it's ridiculous. I liked the "this: bottom of deck, 1 card: top of deck" effect, but the last line seriously ruined the whole thing. I'd get rid of that line completely. Also, this one is Special Summonable, that's such abuse. Flying Kamikiri #1, Magical Dimension, Magical Exemplar, let's GO. It'd be a really great, fun, utility tech card without that last line. It's just a broken warhead with the line, though. 4/10 with the last line. 9/10 without it. :/

Apologies in advance for the double post, but I laughed too much to not comment.

Izanagi isn't a Spirit monster.

And Yamato-no-Kami is a/the Spirit Monster that can be Special Summoned. Can ONLY be Special Summoned, in fact.

This game isn't defined in stone, as the new expansions of Spirits have come to advance on what was previously thought to be law. It's like saying that all Union monsters only equip to 1 specific monster. Sorry, Metallizing Parasite - Lunatite and Heavy Mech Support Platform (though he does specify type) want to have a word with you.

Chain Strike

Chain Summoning

Chain Healing

Chain Detonation

Combo Fighter

Combo Master

Accumulated Fortune

Vanity's Call

Lightning Punisher

Iris, the Earth Mother

Man Beast of Ares

Miraculous Rebirth

Blast Asmodian

Mystical Wind Typhoon

It's like they dedicated a whole theme to resolving around Chain Links! All of these cards came out of the exact same set, too! This whole "expanding on existing ideas" thing is a pretty simple concept to grasp.
