I spent more time on the effects then the art, so be sure to read them before you give me a low rating based on art alone edit2: edit:This card is not a recolor. The resizing is so the text is readable! (Sorry, I get so many needless complaints when I make my cards bigger to make the text readable that I feel I have to post that in large text...) any questions regarding understanding the card's effects will be answered if you ask nicely.
