Yeah Bassicly i've found anoter good image, so tell me what you think.

Effect:When this card is Tribute Summoned, it gets 1 of the following effects for each "D.D. Warrior Lady" in your Graveyard when this effect resolves (your choice). These effects cannot accumulate. ● This card gains 1000 ATK. ● If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, it can attack once again in a row. ● When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

Ive seen the original image that you used for the card before.

 

As for the actual card. It seems very underpowered. Give it at least 1000 more ATK. I think you got the OCG correct though.

but technically it isn't underpowered because if you had 2 D.D. Warrior Ladie's You can get 200 atk.

No. It can't. Not the way you wrote it. According to the way the card was written, the ATK boost can't stack up.
