LV 4 does not specify from where you may summon, and should mention that it is a special summon. However, the idea behind the card was not a bad one. Here is my quarrel:LV 8 is, despite being a double tribute, very, very cheap. First off, it says "his hand" it should say your opponents hand so that, god forbid, your opponents actually a female, its not completly rude. Also, the card allows you to look at their hand and take a card from it. Using dustshoot or mind crush with this card would kill their hand, and you'd basically win if your opponent doesn't have mirror force, sak armor, or Widespread ruin (in most cases). It has 3000 ATK to boot, not weak at all and has potential to become better.
