Don't put "Effect 1 and Effect 2". It isn't realistic. Very, very, very, VERY horrible OCG. It should be (I think):"When this card is Summoned, destroy all LIGHT and DARK monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If you use this effect, this card cannot attack this turn. For every LGHT and DARK monsters in your Graveyard and your side of the field, increase this card's ATK by 200." I'm not quite sure that's right.
