A few OCG errors:

Watar Vaper: (I think it should read something like) Once during your Standby Phase you can Special Summon one WATER monster from your hand whose level is equal to or lower than the number of vapour counts on this card. Then return this card to your hand.

 

See Weed: This card's level [becomes equal to/is increased by] the level of the selected monster until the End Phase.

 

I think Deep Lectric Dragon should be a fusion between Deep Sea Dragon and a Thunder type monster. As a syncro it needs the tuner and the other non-tuner monster to both be level 1.

 

Otherwise pretty solid fish support (very good effects).

 

9/10 (10/10 for the art work- its nice to see someone having a go at DIY card art).

No, no you don't...you just seem not to try. If you want to argue the fact that you do put effort into all of it, for the sake of argument, drawing and rendering a picture in 5 minutes is a really short time. It should take at least half-an hour, maybe 20 minutes (if you are using Paint and GIMP).

Rua, here's my idea.

 

Draw them in pencil or pen and don't color them. Then scan them. Then color them and give effects with GIMP!!! That's what I do.
