So idea(s) I had that I'm gonna grab arts for them later, maybe:

Want for Destruction

{2}{r}{r}{r}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she may deal equal to it's converted mana cost divided as he or she chooses to any number of target creatures.

The carnal desire for destruction.

The want to see others' suffering.

All it costs is blood.

Want for Chaos

{2}{b}{b}{r}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she may exile a target permanent. Then if that exiled permanent was a creature, he or she takes damage equal to it's power.

The carnal desire for chaos. The only cost is your sanity and your self.

Want for Suffering

{2}{b}{b}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, each other player loses life equal to it's converted mana cost, then if it's converted mana cost was more than {8}, each other player also discards their hand.

All she wanted was to see their tears, it didn't matter that she killed to see them cry.

Want for Knowledge

{2}{u}{b}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, each other player exiles the top X cards from each of their libraries, where X is the sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost, then if it's converted mana cost was more than {8}, each other player also exiles 8 permanents.

It mattered not that knowledge was stolen from others' minds, only that it is was now acquired.

Want for Control

{2}{w}{u}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she may detain a number of creatures equal to it's converted mana cost.

"He may have been falsely accused, but that fact that his arrest allowed my law to pass is all that matters, you see."

Want for Order

{2}{w}{w}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End Phase, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a creature, he or she may exile a permanent with the same converted mana cost as the sacrificed permanent until this enchantment leaves the battlefield OR he or she may exile a number of non-land permanent's whose total converted mana costs equal the sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost until this enchantment leaves the battlefield.

Want for Confrontation

{3}{g}{g}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. Want for Destruction

{3}{r}{r}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she may destroy a number of target creatures equal to or less than that sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost.

The carnal desire for destruction.

The want to see others' suffering.

All it costs is blood.

Nonburn creature removal isn't really in red's part of the color pie. Neither are stack effects.

Want for Chaos

{3}{b}{r}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she may exile a target permanent. Then if that exiled permanent was a creature, they may put a permanent with a converted mana cost equal to or less than the exiled permanent's onto the battlefield from their library, but if they do, they lose life equal to it's converted mana cost.

The carnal desire for chaos. The only cost is your sanity and your self.

This ability is incredibly green, even with a life cost tacked on. Also, just occurred to be, there isn't a beginning of the end of turn. That doesn't even make sense. I believe you mean End Step.

Want for Suffering

{3}{b}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, each other player loses life equal to it's converted mana cost, then if it's converted mana cost was more than {8}, each other player also discards their hand.

All she wanted was to see their tears, it didn't matter that she killed to see them cry.

This actually fits fairly well in the color pie, though the whole impact of it on a game would be very little unless cheated out, in which case it just causes problems. Of course, this is the case for all stack effects.

Want for Knowledge

{3}{u}{b}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, each other player exiles the top X cards from their libraries, where X is the sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost.

It mattered not that knowledge was stolen from others' minds, only that it is was now acquired.

This is blatantly weak. Well, the effect based on what is sacrificed is, at least. Stack effect is stack effect.

Want for Enlightenment

{3}{u}{u}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, he or she draws a number of cards equal to it's converted mana cost.

None stood in the scholars path to enlightenment, even if he had to kill to make it so.

I don't know if you realize it, but this is a slow five mana draw five spell.

Want for Power

{3}{w}{w}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a creature, each other creature he or she controls gets +X/+X until his or her next End of Turn; where X is that creature's power.

"Your sacrifice shall not be in vain" he declared as he cut off his compatriots head.

A few things on this. First off, White doesn't want power. White wants order. As usual, stack effect is stack effect, but this honestly seems like a horrible way to buff guys.

Want for Rage

{3}{r}{w}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a creature,

each other creature he or she controls gets +X/+0 until his or her next End of Turn; where X is that creature's power +3.

"With your blood we will shed the blood of our enemies" - The Commanders words as he severed the head of a soldier.

This is just a cheesy version of the previous card.

Want for Confrontation

{3}{g}{g}

Enchantment

Rare

At the beginning of each player's End of Turn, that player pays {3} or sacrifices a permanent they control. If that player sacrifices a permanent, target creature he or she controls gets X +1/+1 counters, where X is that permanent's converted mana cost and fights a target creature he or she doesn't control.

This card honestly feels oppressive as hell (though not as much so as the red one).

So yeah, in short, get to know the color pie, because you just made 10 black enchantments, effectively.
