Blake
Toon-In-FusionQuickplay SpellFusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials, including at least 1 Toon monster. (A Fusion Monster summoned by this card's effect can use Toon monsters with the same name except for the word "Toon" or "Manga" either in addition to or in place of part of the name.) If "Toon World" is face-up on the field, you can also use monsters your opponent controls as Fusion Materials. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; monsters you currently control gain the following effect:● This card is treated as a Toon monster. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.
Slinky
The secondary effect isn't necessary, and should be reworked into just making the monster summoned a toon, and give it toon benefits (attacking directly)

I will add the toon benefits, though.
Toffee.
You know, given the fact that it can use your opponent's monsters, you could be cool and let This card use Toons as straight-up Fusion Substitutes, instead of just being subs for there non-Toon counterparts. I know it kinda' sorta' contradicts the concept, but still, it could let you make more Fusions in the long run. Would also lead to a lot of silly plays.
