leafbladie Posted August 7, 2016 Report Share Posted August 7, 2016 I feel the addition of banished Plant-type monsters is a bit strong for just normal summoning a level 3 monsters, as banished cards should be something that's somewhat harder to access. Also, for it's second effect, it should be, "If this card is added from your Deck to your hand by the effect of a Plant-Type monster: You can Special Summon this card." Anyway, I'm glad these effects are both distinct from each other, so they can't be used simultaneously, but they also both promote Synchro plays, or possibly even Rank 3 Xyz plays.
