Kougyoku (age 22), Yun (age 21), and Abstain (Sui is 16 and Wilhelmina is in high school). 

 

Yuu is in high school and Elizabeth is 14, so both are too young to wife. Elizabeth's canonically engaged to her cousin in Black Butler in historically accurate fashion, but that sort of thing is better off left in the dark ages where it belongs.
