Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 monster this card points to, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect.

My first link monster as well as a High Quality Design (according to my perspective, at least), so please give some opinion on my effort. Not just post rules, if I did anything wrong.

(Parenthesized is the fix, but other than that, effect is understandable.)

Well, it's a generic Link 2 with down markers; something that a lot of us want Konami to make already. Though, with that being said, some issues lie with this already outclassing Proxy Dragon and any other generic Link-2s we have at present with lower ATK and sideways arrows (but those should be minor at best). Effects on their own are fine; first one is saying Norden 2.0 to some extent though (but the restrictions should keep it under control). Second effect is fine as far as removal goes.

 

If any major gripes, perhaps this kind of design is too early considering that Links haven't exactly been fleshed out too much to the point where it's time to powercreep the starter ones. The markers are fine (as noted above, being a generic Link 2 is something a lot of players would kill for right about now, without resorting to Decode and another material just to get them).
