      tbf, Ice and Fire aren't always noted just for their weaknesses and resistances. Ice can slow down whoever it hits for a short time and Fire can cause DoT for a short time.

      True, true. Although, that still seems both tough to play as and tough to balance as a developer (DoT being notoriously difficult for a game as fast-paced as Overwatch).

      That I have to agree with. Finding how long the DoT and slowdown values are and for how long can be difficult to find the perfect balance for, but it is possible.
