Found this little Gem while playing Tag Force 3. Could only benefit Lightsworn more couldn't it? It's a hit yourself Needle Worm.

No real point when you really think about it. You dont get anything out of it except a 5 Card Mill. At least with Charge of the Light Brigade and Solar Recharge, you do get something out of them in addition to their respective mills. Lightsworns have enough mill as it is.

A -1 that performs a 5 card mill.

 

We already have generic splashable monsters that perform a similar milling task, and have alternate effects that aren't a -1.

 

Ryko for an every card Man Eater Bug and a mill 3. Jain for a beatstick and a mill 2. Lyla for a beastick, a terribad MST, and a mill 3, etc etc.

Why, yes, Lightlords do need this. After all, their deck doesn't have many mill cards in it, so they need this to make up for that deficit.

 

Oh, wait, did I say Lightlords? Sorry, I was thinking of a different deck.

the only thing i ever managed to include this with where it wasnt just dead weight was a macro deck that beefed up gren maju and the like. even then, lightsworns probably could have done it better.

this card does have two other benefits to it:

first, it serves as a bluff, being a trap

second, its chainable, so that they could waste their mst/heavy/trunade/lyla/breaker on it, and you can still use it.

 

not really much of a redeeming quality.

I think he means discarding high level monsters to summon them by creator's effect, of course this depends on chance.

Too much effort for too little reward, inconsistent, better options exist, this card still sucks there, etcetera.
