The simple truth is that you can't get very far with Naruto cards here, simply because soooo many people have made such awful cards. Anyway what the other posters said, bluryy pics, no fake types, minor ocg errors, every monster that isn't Sakura is overpowered and Sakura is incredibly underpowered (she's not that useless). There are plenty of pics so it shouldn't be too hard to find good pics and ocg can always develope. I give you an 8/10 simply because your ocg is not complete failure and I can tell you actually thought about these, I only wish the others had. (i.e. When this card is successfully Summoned and one Charkra Token for every Continuous Trap and Spell on the field. There is a huge fanbase of Naruto, so good pics shouldn't be that hard to find. Otherwise, good effort. I like your pack. ^_^ BTW, Isn't there already a card called Lightning Blade?
