When this card is Special Summoned, select and activate 1 of the following effects:- Destroy 2 Spell or Trap Cards on the field.- This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.- Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 for each FIRE monster in your hand and Graveyard. [/quote'] ATK and DEF are a bit low for Level 5. Like X-31 Fighter said, you should tribute Veemon to summon it when it's equipped. Get rid of the part about inflicting damage when it's destroyed by a WATER monster. Also, drop two of the effects in the list. I'd say keep the one about it being able to attack twice.
