Combine it with Greed is not a bad combo though.[/quote'] only in that situation, whoever made that deck was thinking about getting off greed and possibly several other cards, not about strongest monarch.personally, I'd still use dark red enchanter, but that's only because he's rechargeable. my vote goes for caius, since even if his only target is himself, you still get 1000 damage dealt for it at the very least. Umbra Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Caius is basically guaranteed to have a positive effect. The few monsters that actually like being RFP'd - D.D. Scout Plane comes to mind - are DARK, so there'll even be damage. Raiza won't do much of a difference if the opponent's only monsters are JD and GoO, for example. Topics like: "Best Card" are banned, but topics like "Best " aren't. 2. what actual advantage is there for caius beign dark, exept being allureable? and then the purpose of caius is pointless Fires of Doomsday, fuel for Dark Armed Armed Dragon, fuel for Darklord Zerato, and to dig deeper into the barrel, Hate Buster, Escape from the Dark Dimension, Dark Illusion, Deck Devastation Virus, and Dark Grepher, along with a plethora of fiend Support, Dark Ruler Ha Des, Core Chimair Devil, Evil Hero Dark Gaia, Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, and Bark of Dark Ruler What does Raiza have that isn't a field spell? Icarus Attack and then... not much else. 3. a slowed draw is much more devastating than a rfp monster, spinning somthign that your opponent cant use is ridculously good! Spinning a Synchro doesn't particularly slow a draw. At the time when Raiza and PWWB fell from favour, the top deck didn't really care about being spun, since it drew just that incredibly fast.
