RickiMinaj
Hello and welcome all, this is a competition icy agreed to with me. Today, we have to both pot a card on this thread sometime by today, and you guys are the judges. Everyone can judge, so knock yourselves out. We're gonna rock the house ^_^ RulesAll the safety and respectful rules apply like no spamming, flaming, ETC ETC.all ratings must be from a a scale from 1 - 10Everyone has to rate both cards, not just one!Be a good sport and don't use favoritism, (That means if you don't like me and my card is good, then don't choose icy's just cause you hate me.)Have Fun ^_^ Ratings?there is no specific rating guide, use your own, but modify it so it can be from a rating scale of 1-10.whoever has the highest total rating wins. Specifics? No, there are no specifics. This is a card contest that challenges your card creation skills, not your "What can i do with that" abilities. Ha ha!, prizes ^^Prizes are fun. So we're handing out 3 reps to the winner, and 1 to the loser for being a good sport and trying. Soi Fon Icyblue

Phantom Roxas
Soi Fon wins, since Zombies are supposed to center around being Special Summoned.
EnkoMaun
Soi Fon's card's effect is kinda hard to pull off, (I can explain if u want) and although it's VERY original, it could've been more effective. 5/10 (-3 because of the misuse of a great idea as pulling the turn count up, -2 for the support of a forgotten card.) Icyblue's card, just really gives the opponent a real hard time, and would really work in real life, and I really liked it. The only thing that turned me off is the OCG. 8/10 (-2 because of some OCG mistakes)

.Requiem
Icyblue wins >_> by effect means, but he does use old OCG so I overlooked that for both.
Phantom Roxas
Okay, here's a better reason: Soi Fon made Time Wizard much more useful, whereas your card doesn't have the traditional Spirit effect that returns it to the hand. Plus, it actually gives your opponent a free monster to tribute, and the discard effect to turn the attack into a direct attack is a bit too much. Guest JoshIcy
Yeah... I was worried about messing with the Spirit Concept. But it just seemed right at the time. At least it makes Mask of Restrict a little more playable.
Amethyst Phoenix
This is tough. I really like both cards, and you both did an excellent job =D Soi Fon's picture fits the title perfectly Icyblue's is also really good. "toff" is british slang for a member of the upper classes, especially one who is elegantly dressed. I don't see him wearing a tuxedo, but he's still pretty cool. Soi Fon's card lets you control the turn count (which I'm assuming is an imprtant factor in your time deck?) rather easily. It also makes an old monster somewhat useful when it's destroyed, but time wizard is still too risky for it's effect. 7/10 I'm not sure if Icy's should be a spirit. It doesn't return to your hand at the end of the turn, but rather goes to your opponent. Minor detail though. I like the effect alot though. You can keep it from being destroyed via suiciding on one of your monsters, while at the same time decimating your opponent's hand. It's effect of miling your own deck is also useful for lightsworns. This card would be a tremendous help in twilight and lightsworn decks. 9/10 I pick Icyblue's card. I'd run that in my own deck if it was real =D

Guest
Argh, score out of 10.......can't..do.....it....... Anyways, here's my breakdown: Soi Fon: Name and picture match up splendidly, and they go with the nature of the effect as well. There are a couple OCG errors in your text, but otherwise it's good. As for the effect itself, rather unique and quite interesting. I think this card would go well with the Clockwork cards from my Glyph set ;). overall - 13.25/13.69 (9.68/10.00) Icyblue: Name and picture work well, and it fits with the fact that it's a Spirit. The effect has some OCG errors. I figure that's because you use older OCG, but I still have to mark down a little for it :P. As for the effect itself, while the card itself seems very much a Spirit, the effect doesn't fit contiguously with that, and this particular breach of Spirit protocol sort of doesn't really work with Spirits in general. As a stand-alone effect, however, it is very interesting, though I do think would indeed benefit your opponent more than you if you had a lack of just the right kind of card (Mask of Restrict, for example). overall - 13.23/13.69 (9.66/10.00) Soi Fon gets my vote ^_^

~Shore
I really hate to say this but I just can't deal with the old form OCG icyblue. I know thats how you roll but I look at it and everything just screams wrong. They're both very original cards, but Soi's is more original imo, so she gets a 9 and you get an 8. sorry, my vote goes to Soi Fon
Καsτοr
Soi Fons. Like Roxas says a page before, it helps Time Wizard, and I like that card.Icy's card just doesn't seem to attract to me. I just don't really like it. Soi Fon wins.
