Flame Dragon
First you say it's anime only, then say it came out. Which is it? In any case it's broken as all hell.

~ P O L A R I S ~
Well then it is not. Yes it is. Nobody has it, not in my Earth. There's no possible set in either the OCG nor the TCG in which this card can be acquired. Sure it's ridiculously broken, but it's the same with many anime-only cards, like Aetonix Flame and Stromburg.
Sleepy
If you mean Marik's Structure Deck, it doesn't have it... I came to have that Deck like 3 times over my time playing.. it doesn't have it, and there's no other Marik Deck... Card is ridiculous.... its broken... play a variety of cards that can do it (like shrink/mirror force/ or chain to DAD or Judgement Dragon) and activate this to get 5 cards (I assume most people wouldn't use it when they have 3+ cards in their hands..) Guest setojim
first off wrong section. second, the effect is: Activate when a monster that its ATK decreased is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the Graveyard. Draw until you have 5 cards in your hand.
