Bryant was sitting at the desk in his office, where no one would dare enter when he put up the red lights. He was decoding a message recently sent to him by someone, who apparently was part of a group called the "Freedom Warriors". Another Kira has appeared. This is horrible for this time. That makes over 20 recorded Kiras. Though, we know only one's identity. Light Yagami. Such a twisted mind.

 

There was a knock on the door. "Come in."

 

I small boy, about fifteen rushed into the room as soon as the automated door opened. "Sir, there has been some trouble outside. Two of the NPA officers working with you have been killed!"

 

That bad, huh?

Jared was having fun today. Apparently, (after doing a background check on his laptop) the stolen car was A. stolen from thieves and B. given to a thief who worked in the NPA... Could he get any luckier.

 

There was a knock on his door. NPA officials. What would they be doing here?

 

"Sir, come out! You are under arrest!" one of the officers said.

 

"Not yet, I'm not," Jared said, unhooking the window.

 

Jump Jared did exactly that. He jumped into the small creek behind it. now RUN!

Bryant rushed out of the office room into the larger planning room. Two of the many NPA low-rankers were dead, by the looks on their faces.

 

"Time and cause?" Bryant asked the fifteen-year-old.

 

"Umm... approximately 4:58:32 PM Pacific. Cause seems to be cardiac arrest." The teenager said remembering the details of the death flawlessly.

 

"Definitely Kira, though I had no reason to doubt it was him," Bryant said, pacing. The room was busy, calling hospitals and relatives of the two deceased. The room started to swirl aroung Bryant as he thought back to the day he had met one of the Freedom Warriors before he killed himself.

"Get out of here, kid!" the man said, "This is an adult's game!"

"Why are you about to kill yourself?"

"Because I fight for freedom and now I must die to help freedom."

 

It seemed completely illogical now, unless... It came to him. Someone, another Freedom Warrior, must've killed him.

 

Meanwhile, in other various places around the globe, Jared Isawa was killing people but leaving minor clues for the NPA considering that they weren't that well off. He had left a message. When read in the correct order, the message says The NPA shouldn't have come to me. You will all pay for your crimes. When read in chronological order they read however The NPA crimes shouldn't pay for you. You will all have to come. Your me. But that last one sentence was read with the homophone of your as in you are me.

"Fun," Jared said, laughing beside the small river. He looked over at a sign to see where he was. Forks, Washington, he thought, Well that isn't strange in the least bit. Now is it.

Bryant slammed his fist on the desk. "Damn this Kira!" he shouted angrily at no one, "It matches Kira #12's killing strategy, but only Kira #14 focuses on the NPA! It doesn't make sense! Could this be ANOTHER Kira?"

Jared walked down the road, pulling his hood above his head, so no one could tell he was writing in the Death Note unless they were observant of strangers walking outside of town. The rain was plummetting down on Jared's head as he walked by, examining each person through Shinigami Eyes.
