Nivva was dozing on her chair whilst Kent talked to the Shinigami. Then Brandon walked in, more like ran in, scratching down names; Nivva lifted her head up for about this much, then placed it back down again as soon as Kent started to freak out around the room.

[Ayasato-chan]

"Well... I'll just say it would be... a bit stupid to try and kill her with a Death Note. Especially if you do it." She glided over head. "But she did say to try and do your worse to get it back."

[Kira Magister Magi]

Kent let what Marez said escape his mind as he wrote his former teacher's name in his Note. Along with the details, "Gives back the Death Note she got from the docks, then dies when her house explodes, engulfing her in flames, leaving no evidence."

[Ayasato-chan]

"Your pretty much screwed." She said in his ear. "I would tell you why, but what fun would that be?" She happily danced around. "Whatever, it's your funeral. Literally."

Brandon walked into the vault and noticed Kent with a Death Note and Marez dancing around. His eye started to twicth. "Did I miss something here?" he asked.

[Ayasato-chan]

"Oh... nothing." She grinned. "This moron just doesn't listen when I say that trying to kill the other owner of a Death Note that you have isn't wise. The person will die yes, BUT the current owner will also die. Thus the Co-Owner rule."

Quickly, so Mina would not die, Kent revised his writing to say "Mina Makoto. Gives back the Death Note she got from the docks, then dies when her house explodes, engulfing her in flames, leaving no evidence." ((With 2 lines through... YCM doesn't have a double...))

"Oh clever. But still ridiculous." She said still smiling. "If you can't kill her with a DN, try doing it the old fashioned way."

[Kira Magister Magi]

"Which is? I can't kill her at all..."

[Ayasato-chan]

"Which is? I can't kill her at all..."

 

She smiled and floated over head. "Maybe you could... oh I don't know... ask that psychotic idiot of yours to do you a favor?" She looked at him from the ceiling.

"Hm... I got it! It's possible..."

"Thats true. Nivva can kill anyone and get away with it easily." Brandon said. "I think I've got an idea." he looked at Marez. "you think you can help out on this?"

[Ayasato-chan]

She shook her head. "Sorry. I can only help the human who has my Note. In this case, the Wit- I mean Mina and Kent." She looked at him. "So.. what is this lovely plan of yours Kent?"

Chris was in his office as he examines the case with fustration. "Crap I can't get this opened? There is no opening." Chris dropped the case and threw in on the ground in anger. He walked toward the window looking out to the setting sun. "Well today was a wasted day wasn't it?" He fell back into his chair as a dark feeling came into the room. The shinigami Sin was standing across Chris outside. Chris was surprised looking outside as saw nothing under here. "Who are you?" Sin smiled as she took out her Note. "You are trouble and have to be eliminated." After writing Christopher Memento Chris fell over in his chair as blood came out of his mouth as he remains motion less.

Nivva continued to doze, only peeking from behind her eyelids when Kent started to write down someone's name--then scratch it out. Nivva blinked, sitting forward to stare at the name.

 

"Mrew...wasn't that our teacher not too long ago?" She asked, staring up at him.

Dom sighed as he flipped his phone up. He dialed a number quickly. As he was calling Kent, the streets started to get crowded, as cars kept crashing by, narrowly missing.
