Spells and Traps fusing? Wut?

Send Spell and Trap cards that are listed by a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon the Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck.

Seal of the Dark Oracle + an "Orichalcos" Field Spell card

This card cannot be summoned except by the effect of "Fusion of Non-Monsters". When this card is Summoned, place it in the Field Spell card zone. This card cannot be removed from the field. The effect of this card cannot be negated. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, this card's controller's monsters gain 1500 ATK. This card's controller's Spell & Trap Card Zones are also treated as Monster Card Zones. Monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zones cannot be declared as an attack target unless your Monster Card Zones are unoccupied. If the effect of a monster you control is activated, you can negate it.

Drop-off + Phoenix Wing Wind Blast

This card cannot be summoned except by the effect of "Fusion of Non-Monsters". The Summoning of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Summoned, place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can skip your Draw Phase. If you do, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase unless they pay half of their Life Points.

The Fusion Material cards for this card are any 2 cards that allow you to draw 2 or more cards from your deck. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Fusion of Non-Monsters". When this card is Summoned, place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can draw up to 2 extra cards from your Deck whenever you would draw a card. When this card would be removed from the field, you can pay half of your Life Points to negate its removal.

 

 

I plan to make more of these when I can be arsed to.

For the first card I think maybe if you change the "Fusion Deck" for "Extra Deck"

 

For the second card:

This card looks kinda broken to me, even if its hard to activate it can't be negated or removed from the field.... say what? O_o

-+1500 ATK and a Seal of Orichalcos-like effect for extra monsters? O_o

-You can negate the effect of any monster you controls? that can help alot for monsters that are strong but only have drawbacks, :(

-I don't know what the first Fusion Material Card is for this card...

This is an interesting card effect, my guess is that you wanted to make the Fusions themselves Spells and Traps rather than Fusion monsters, but that can't be done without a render from a store I suppose, all in all I like the ideas.... 9/10

It is a little overpowered, since Spells and Traps are easy to come by. However, what I think is that...

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can draw up to 2 extra cards from your Deck whenever you would draw a card.

That means you're dead with the next draw... I think you should make it:

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can draw 1 card from your Deck whenever you would draw a card except by this card's effect.

 

However, the idea is SIMPLY AWESOME8-) 9/10

Idea and cards are good but could be kinda more balanced (its been some time since my last comment here so, this may not apply to all the cards)...^-^"...ummm....hmmm...ammm...umm... yup ^-^
