Wayne had been reading his book, mostly because of boredom. He finally figured out how to change color using light fragments. The book stated that:

"All color is projected by light. Mostly the sun. This is why the sky is blue and the grass is green. Color pigments can exist in some substances, for example chlorophyll is a pigment. But this color, which happens to be green, is projected to the human eye by light. In a chemistry type of level, white light is made of seven colors. White light is the rays of the sun that we can physically see. The seven colors in white light are as followed, in order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Purple. These seven colors are the foundation of all other colors, except black and white. When white light is hit off of any substance, six colors are absorbed. These six colors are the colors which do not resemble the color of the substance. The seventh color is not absorbed, but is bounced back, making the seven't color the dominant color and the one that shows. This applies to all surfaces except black and white. Black is an absorber. Black will absorb all seven colors, instead of only six. This ability absorbes more light, causing more heat. White, on the other hand, does not absorb any trace of light. White reflects all seven colors, making it lose heat. Reflectance of light is everywhere. If you were to block light from a place, then the place will look colorless, because there is no protruding light. Sometimes, light reflects off of 2 objects, but that is very uncommon. Now you know a litle about color and its relationship to light.

OoC: I can do lots, but I obviously don't want to abuse any power of mine, so I rarely use it. I only use my pwning Light Arrow that can never miss and goes through the target, causing internal burns and possibly death. Yeah, I guess you could call it Godmodding...
