Oh, it's attack mode makes it look like a floating cannon. Still, the first effect is nice if you get a clear shot which can be helped with opti-camouflague armour (lol) and the second I think is there so you can give it to your opponent and then somehow force it to stay in defence mode and hope they don't tribute it, in all, the first effect outweighs the scond and the first effect only helps if you are amply prepared

^ Still not worth running. Why replace a good Morph like Scopen or Remoten for this?

^ Still not worth running. Why replace a good Morph like Scopen or Remoten for this?

 

I siad amply prepared, of course he is not worth running unless you need to fill an empty deck slot or are a fan of stall
