Condicering there is less Graveyard control for LIGHT than for DARK monsters (instead of deciding, you usually just dump as many as you can without Decking out), This requires 3 LIGHT exactly, a LIGHT Tuner......

 

I guess this should be more balanced, but it still worries me, something tells me this is still abusable....^-^"

I like the idea, and it is a pretty cool card. At first when I looked at it I thought "this is a very typical Yu-Gi-Oh effect and it bores me" however, since it is based around an existing card and is designed to be realistic, I feel it achieves this goal. Also, remember past tense: Synchro Summoned, not Synchro Summon. Overall, I give it 4.9/5

That made me almost say "DAD > this". But then I read again that "remove-without-destroy", which differs this card with DAD, and makes Stardust can't negate this. I think I may use it in my fanfic.
