Static Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 In response to Storm or MST, it really isn't that poor of a card. They waste a card and this 1-1's for a cost of life points. Needless to say, there are much better alternatives. However, if it didn't require your opponent activating a spell card in order to activate it, it would actually be a decent card. "The effect of that Normal Spell Card that your opponent activated becomes "Your opponent discards 1 random card"." It's exactly what it says it does. Your opponent activates a spell.You chain Dark DealThe spell's effect is changed to "Your opponent (ie, You, the activator of Dark Deal) discards 1 random card."You (hopefully) discard Silva or Goldd.The secondary effect activates.
