「tea.leaf」
Why would you not play the only card that would consistently save your ass? http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/8/8f/WingedKuribohGX1-EN-SR.jpg' alt='WingedKuribohGX1-EN-SR.jpg'>

Azmodius
I've seen some Kuriboh decks last meta. I thought they failed. Hm, 1 of them won locals.
Toffee.
While were at it, Flute of Kuriboh works JUST AS WELL as E-Tele. And can JUST AS EASILY provide a DARK-Attribute monster for the field/Graveyard.
Docomodake
While were at it' date=' Flute of Kuriboh works [i']JUST AS WELL[/i] as E-Tele. Except Emergency Teleport can bring out Level 2 Tuner monsters, whereas FoSK brings out Level 1 300 ATK monsters. Yup, just as well.

CrabHelmet
It is far easier and cheaper to Set Threatening Roar than it is to use up a Normal Summon to Set Winged Kuriboh.

Tronta
its valid though.but winged jabroni is fine too. roar also protects monsters.
Phantom Roxas
It is far easier and cheaper to Set Threatening Roar than it is to use up a Normal Summon to Set Winged Kuriboh. Crab = Retarded. +1 rep. Silly Crab, if you were smart, you'd know that Threatening Roar would be useless if Royal Decree was out. Everyone still is retarded since no one is running Winged Kuriboh. CrabHelmet
It is far easier and cheaper to Set Threatening Roar than it is to use up a Normal Summon to Set Winged Kuriboh. Crab = Retarded. Oops, you're right. Since Winged Kuriboh still allows the opponent's monsters to attack (lolglads) and still allows them to run over your remaining monsters, Threatening Roar is a bit too good to accurately compare, isn't it? Waboku would be a bit closer.
Phantom Roxas
Jinzo and Royal Decree exist. Your argument is invalid.

GenzoTheHarpist
Light Imprisoning Mirror was in almost every side and Divine Wrath was pretty common though definitely no staple.
Phantom Roxas
There's also Skill Drain. Then again, Seven Tools of the Bandit and Dark Bribe exist. So yeah, Winged Kuriboh > Threatening Roar.
Aximil
It's a shame some of the anime only Kuriboh cards aren't out to make a good Kuriboh deck. lol But, yeah, I came close to decking out using my Lightsworns because of someone that was using a wanna-Yugi-stall deck that kept getting his Winged Kuribohs back out. It was a pain.
Tronta
i want it to go on record that roxas has never played in this meta or any other.seven tools does /not/ exist.dark bribe baaaarely existsand divine wrath is more prevalent than dark bribe and seven tools combined. also, skill drain doesnt stop winged kuriboh anywayas crabs said, it still allows them to attack.
