Static
Other than abusing Breaker, I fail to see how this card is remotely worth building a deck around. Discuss.
Kira the Savior
Its not worth building a deck fully based on it but it has uses in OTK decks. like Tundo FTK. So its not ALL useless but in general field spells arent that hot...
Crow™
It's good with Earthbound Immortals. It's also fairly indestructable thanks to it's effect.
-Lightray Daedalus-
mmmmmmmmmagicalllllll ......example, Library, marionette, red enchanter, Defender...something.....Tesmpest, Arcantine.......and so.

Only if there are NO spell counters on it and your opponet manages to get Breaker or Dust tornado could it get destroyed. And it would make cards like Royal Magical library and Breaker more playable for them
Felix
I hope the new Spellcaster cards are in WC09, it'd be nice to try and make a Deck around them.
-Lightray Daedalus-
Everything but exemplar and Tempest are there...excpet you actually buy it when you will be able to get them in other ways I guess.
Felix
Meh, I wouldn't use it on WiFi so it's not a big deal, hell I'd make a Yugiesc Deck for in game play.
werewolfjedi
it actually does a pretty good job, keeps itself alive for the most part, which is important, and it supplies you with spell counters for the cards that need them. and here is a big important part to it: the other card that needs spell counters to activate it's effect doesn't actually need them on itself once per turn. so I get to use breaker's effect regardless if he has a counter or not once per turn. but that is only for ignition effects (you activate them.) Sleepy
I usually Summon Examplar & activate Terraforming, then Activate Citadel, then +Toon Table of contents + Spell Power Grasp + Toon Table 2nd time + Toon Table 3rd time to go for Toon Cannon Soldier. Then + Allure of Darkness. Citadel (6 Spell Counters)... Examplar (14 Spell Counters) and I haven't lost a single card in my card advantage... still 6 in hand and field if you look closely.. where I can still draw into another Allure, and Upstart Goblin (out of 3), or even Foolish Burial for Endymion already if I feel like it... what's so wrong with this card? you need about 16 counters at most to win with Tempest, you need about 2 or 3 to destroy your opponent's field with Arcanite.. Counters are also used with: DefenderBreakerMagical Marionetteand even if I feel like it I increase lolATK with Frequency Magician twice because of citadel Next thing: I like to make cheap Kamikase with my opponent's strong monsters..Spend 1 Spell Counter with Examplar to get Copycat. then attack your opponent's strongest monster. Then, spend 1 Spell Counter with Defender and Copycat stays and if he dies, it just costs 1 Spell Counter to come back xD
