They're supposed to make the forums better at any cost, even reputation. If a mod isn't willing to be forceful to make the forum better, then they shouldn't be mods. Apparently, Tpop "Cheated" th clause by poutting random periods/full stops in his short pposts. but still, the clause doens't say your post can be 2 incomplete sentences!
