And when you bring it back down, you got 3.33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333........../10 So yeah, They're apparently not very good to me. I also found OCG errors, but I didn't add them in. Maybe try to make something original next time. 1 card to go with an arch is ok, but an entire deck.............lulz, no. Brendano Harns Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 For every other "Neo Hero" monster you control, this card gains 100 ATK and DEF. I like him. He's OP'ed because he's a Tuner with 1800 ATK points and rising! When this card is Summoned, inflict damage to your opponent for each "Neo Hero" monster you control. Great effect on this one; it gives me a few ideas for cards. If you're going to keep her a Tuner, lower her level to 2, and give her 900 ATK to balance her out, or something close to that. You can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, and have this card gain 400 ATK. I would say to start it off at 0-300, because it's ATK is going to rise pretty fast. As long as you control this face-up Defense Position monster, your opponent cannot select another "Neo Hero" monster as an attack target. I would say to lower his DEF around 1800 to balance him out. FLIP: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Neo Hero" monster from your hand or Deck. Lower his DEF by at least 500. You can decrease this card's ATK by 400 to negate the activation of a Trap Card and destroy it. This card gains 400 ATK during your opponent's Battle Phase only.  I'm not sure if that last part is correct, but I'm not sure how to correct it if it isn't, as I have never seen it before. When this card is Summoned, you can increase this card's Level by 1. This card cannot be destroyed by battle.  Perfect, except for the OCG. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Neo Hero" monster with 1500 ATK or less from your hand or Deck.  You have way too many Tuners now. Make this one a Level 8, or something. Just not a Tuner.   I'm too lazy and tired to do any more right now, but to generalize, you have WAY to many Tuners. Otherwise, great job.
