The crappier superiorterrible clone(possible re-color?) of Brionac?

Fix'd.

Fixed again*

How is bouncing cards back to the hand better than destroying them?

Rescue cat makes Brionac an instant synchro.

Brionac + Premature = Monster Reborn on crack

Brionac + Swords of Light = Swords last for 50 million turns.

Brionac + a bunch of other cards = massive abuse

Okay, but I wasn't talking about when used in Combos; I was talking about on its own.

Well on it's own, Gungnir is pretty effective. Its a level 7 verson of a monarch on crack.

My point exactly. Without Rescue Cat, Gungnir is better than Brionac.

I just realized this, Gungnir would work perfectly in my terrible IRL Synchro deck.

Since the majority of the cards that are in it, are random monsters of level 1 to 3(ocasionaly 4) that tend to Special Summon themselves easily.

How is bouncing up to five cards back to the hand better than destroying up to two?

See the point? Of course, it's possible to have more than five cards in the hand, but I figured I'd keep it at this. Even on it's own, Brionac has a higher chance of clearing your opponent's field than Gungnir.

Gungnir's LV7' date=' whereas Brionac's LV6.

Gungnir has a cap of 2, whereas Brionac's limitless.

Gungnir doesn't have madskill comboz, whereas Brionac has madskill comboz.

You'll only likely want either when you think you can go for the finish, so I'd prefer Brionac yo.

I need him for fish since Oyster and Royal eel=Level 7

Yeah, I'd see him as working well with Fish. I'd go for 1 Gungnir and 1 DSF from the two Oysters and Eels that Coelecanth summons.
