How do I give Rep Points ?

A friend of mine really wants to earn rep points and I told him if I could I would give him some. Can I give other members rep points, and if so how do I go about doing that? (I popped online earlier today and he had -1 points because a higher ranked member talked trash on his dino deck and he got PO'd, and so I guess that member cursed him for life, and now I really want to help him out.)

go and click there rep then like a thread it will say rate this user then chose good or bad or netral post y
