burnpsy
I don't think I need to elaborate on the title. Quite simply, it's annoying when they significantly change a card's rarity between the TCG and OCG. One of the less-important examples:
Father Wolf
OCG favors the poor and the fun of the game. TCG is starting to fallow that idea too... slowly.
burnpsy
Why weren't they already following such a basic concept? O.o
SephirothKirby
Americans are more competitive. Japanese have a common Crush Card, but they don't really care. Only crazy westerners would shell out $300 for this s**t.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Actually Honest in Japan is UR, but that's still hard to get. Why can't the TCG just follow the OCG's pack rarity example and keep all the new cards as SCR. [Japan has their promos EASY to get in packs, we have to WIN ours in tournaments]
Azuh
Remember Kids, When buying an OCG pack, you only get 5 cards instead of
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Yeah, but my dealer sells them for $1.95 each. Some days I buy 2 for $3.90 (better than what I pay to get an English pack). (The TCG should follow the same rarities as the OCG (it was like that until TAEV)
Static
You can get Japanese packs for ~$1.39 if you know where to look. There is a lot more competition in American society; it's all about money and the TCG basically revolves around that. None the less, I'll still by single cards before I buy packs. Whether they're exploiting glitches in the new Pokemon that are fixed went sent overseas or finding a nice use for a Rare so it's jacked up to Secret in the TCG, they get stuff first so it can be more profitable when sent to the rest of the world.
