I couldnt think of anything that wasnt limited that deserved to be limited. Im not sure where to put Baboon, and I feel Mali is the only card good at 2. Ive never seen Baboon played so I dunno how he would hurt/help the meta.

Ive never seen a reason for Cyber Dragon to be anyone besides at 3 excluding its fusions.

 

Every meta deck except LS hates you now. But I like it.

I wanted to hit lightsworns more, but I dunno, I might make a small edit and put Celestia on here but I dunno if Celestia really deserves it. Only LS card that realy needs to be hit is JD.

Unless Im misunderstanding you you aint makin sense. You get 1 2100 beatstick for bad maintenance, not exactly a big reward.

-Ban Cyber End Dragon and put Metamorphosis back at 3, unless there are any other really threatening Fusions that can metamorphosed out there.

-Limit Cyber Dragon, who is quite limitworthy, if not banworthy. His fusions had little to do with it.

-I'm not too sure about Goyo coming back up to 3. Then again, Limiting it didn't do much either. Extra Deck monsters are pretty much 3 or 0 cards.

-Green Baboon apparently now has a new ruling that makes it so that the destroyed Beast has to be destroyed by an effect, so he kinda sucks now. I guess semi is okay as long as that ruling is in place, otherwise limit.

-As for how to stop Lightsworn, maybe Semi-Limit Lumina?

I've actually wanted Cyber Dragon banned because of this reason. 2100 ATK on a Special Summon monster is pretty big, especially when it usually comes if that player is playing badly. However, it's limitation would still be okay.

Green Baboon can go to 3 and no one would care. It's new ruling kills it.

 

Lumina doesn't need to be Semi-Limited. The only cards used in Lightsworn that need to be touched are Judgment Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer and Card of Safe Return, all of which have been banned on this list.

 

The rest of the list seems okay though, however, it would have been better had there been more changes such as the banning of Brain Control, Gorz the Emissary of Darkness and unlimitation of Fissure, Smashing Ground, and others.

You banned Cyber Twin Dragon without unbanning Metamorphosis, which leads me to suspect that many of the moves on here are simply parrots. This suspicion is strengthened by some of the cards you left at 1 - you put Cyber Dragon at 3, but thought it was unsafe for The Transmigration Prophesy to be out there in multiples?

 

If there is indeed a second problem with Lightlords, then it's not Celestia or Lumina - it's Wulf.

I hate banlist threads on YCM, they're either that one list that everyone shat back off of the combined lists of Pharoh Atem, Crab Helmet, etc (basically what flame dragon's looking for).

They're a list like this, different, but based on original ideas. Lists like this are fun to look at, thinking about what the meta would be like on it and whatnot. However, these lists get bombarded by users like Flame Dragon and Judgment Dragon saying WHY IS THIS NOT AT WHAT IT IS ON OUR LISTS?!?!?!? GIVE REASONS FOR THE FOLLOWING (as they proceed to list everything that's different from the tooly list that gets regurgitated every time).

 

Honestly, people, you turn every banlist thread into "Make Pharoh Atem's list or it's a bad list," which may be true, but people don't make their own lists so they can just be tweaked to Atem's.

That may be true, but a Meta's not going to be good if cards like Cyber Dragon and Gorz, the Emissary of Darkness are limited/unlimited.

I thought I took of Metamorphasis, guess not. Fixed now. I skimmed the Limited List slightly, and missed Transmigration Prophecy, a long with a lot of obvious cards. I put CyDra back at one though.
