ragnarok1945 Posted July 22, 2009 Report Share Posted July 22, 2009 OCG is a little off, and with it summoned to have 3400 atk right off the bat, lv7 is a little too low for this card The fact you you didn't give a max number of Serene Counters this card can have makes it VERY easy to boost the attack high AND prevent her from being destroyed, which makes it on the OPed end 7/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
