GAME OVER :P

3) You cannot lose due to being unable to draw; you will simply not draw in such circumstances.

Opponent: Activate Threatning Roar now you can't attack.

You: OK. Now my monster gets destroyed, because of Limiter Removal's effect.

Opponent: I summon *insert a monster that can attack and has more than 0 ATK points*

You: FFFUUUU

assuming the extra deck is unresticted,

the tricky

magical exemplar

night's end sorcerer

spell power grasp

monster reborn

extra deck has level 6,7, and 8 synchros.

could work.

another would be

citadel of endymion

star blast

earthbound immortal piscu

interdimentional matter transporter

solemn judgement

After you waste all 3 cyber dragons and then you loose CED from Limiter Removal's effect, you won't have anything to defend with and your opponent will just attack you 'till you loose.

also, that deck is capable of winning turn 1.

so no.

how about...

1 roar

1 monster reborn

2 soul exchanges

1 exiled force

:P

i love funny rulings.

this build lets you blow at least 4 monsters up.

all in the same turn if you really want.

maybe dick around with the numbers to fine tune it.

actually

how about

1 jar#2

1 taiyou

3 shield crush :P

All the opponent needs against that is a monster with more than 0 DEF' date=' since you can't attack during Turn 1 anyway. Then, you get burned for 4000/2800 and lose your monster.

If you noticed, I dropped Limiter Removal for Heavy Storm. Chimeratech could easily get the job done.

Roxas: Go read Rule 6.

No' date=' really. Read it.

[/quote']

A deck is not permitted to be capable of winning the duel or of sending more than one card from the opponent's hand to any other location (field' date=' Graveyard, RFP, deck) during Turn 1 or Turn 2, regardless of who goes first and of what the opponent's deck contains. (Thus, Mind Crush can't ever be used, as the opponent might run multiples of something.)

[/quote']

And which card(s) violates this rule?

Not sure if this is legal or not as I'm still a bit confused tbqh but set Snowman and Solemn Along with Cylinder. On your next turn play the classic Cyber Stein combo and profit? Sorry if I'm not understanding this properly.

Snowman Eater

Solemn Judgment

Magical Cylinder

Cyber Stein

Megamorph

Extra Deck:

Cyber End Dragon

Crab, what about cards like Card Destruction?

It effects both players.

Also, you need to make a list of un-usable cards.

Illegal. Can easily OTK Turn 2.

Still prohibited. Especially since you could Normal Summon any random monster Turn 1 and activate Card Destruction to instantly win.

Also' date=' you need to make a list of un-usable cards.

Beyond the cards forbidden by Rule 6, there will definitely need to be some sort of banlist, or possibly a rule regarding negation (since a generic negation has largely the same effect as removing a card from the opponent's hand directly anyhow).

I don't see why I can't win on Turn 3 or 4, unless they have a card to chain against my attempt at victory.

Wait, how do Lightsworns work in this game?

The problem is simply that you can win Turn 2. That's not allowed; your deck can't be capable of doing that.

Wait' date=' how do Lightsworns work in this game?

Same as they do in real life: If there aren't any cards to mill, they just don't mill anything. (Obvious exception: Celestia.)

how are you supposed to win if you have to design a deck that can't win X_x

Yeah, the part of Rule 10 that says that Turn 3 doesn't exist always seemed a bit weird to me.

Guest PikaPerson01

Instant Fusion

Rose, Warrior of... Whatever

Assault Mode Active

Stardust Dragon / Assault Mode

A Feather of the Phoenix

If I'm right, it goes...

Instant Fusion any random level 4 Fusion.

Summon Rose.

Synchro for Stardust Dragon.

A Feather of the Phoenix. Discard Stardust Dragon / Assault Mode to put Stardust Dragon / Assault Mode on the top of your deck. (Iffy. Not sure if this steps works.)

Set Assault Mode Active.

Obelisk the Tormentor

Grinder Golem

Threatening Roar

Marionette Mite

D.D. Designator(would we be allowed to use this?)

If it goes wrong, you're horribly screwed...if it goes right, yeah it's kinda hard to kill Obelisk with a limited card pool and D.D. Designator can eliminate the most troublesome card they have.
