I think the sword needs some work, but it's a good start :D

Its Png? humm, have you tried jpg or such even if jpg gives a lower quality the sword may look better, im not sure.

 

Png does give you the best quality :P

Just test around with diffrent image formats and you might find one you could use that has a good quality.

Blur tool, circle brush, size 9-11, go around the outline of the render lightly. ^^

My other Render, LV4, came in better quality...

 

EDIT: I went over mystic LV2 with even more blur and came out a bit better. Also .gif made it worse so i stuck with png
