Once per turn, while this card is face up on the feild you can discard 1 card in your hand to the graveyard to increase this cards ATK by 1000 Untill the End-Phase.

Elemental Hero Lighting Zurakus

lv 9 Dark

Warrior/Fusion/Effect

Elemental Hero Zurakus + Elemental Hero Sparkman + Elemental Hero Voltic

Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to increase this card ATK by 500 untill the End-Phase and destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the feild with ATK less than this cards Orignal ATK, if this effect is sucessful this card can attack twice during the Battle Phase.

1 Tuner Monster + 1 or more Non-Tuner Elemental Hero Monster(s)

When this card is Synchro Summon all Elemental Hero monsters on your side except this card of the feild gain 800 ATK. If a card on your side of the feild is selected as an attack target, change the target of the attack to this card.

Elemental Hero Ninja Flame Wingman

Warrior/Synchro/Effect

1 Tuner + Elemental Hero Flamewingman

If this card destroys a monster and send it to the graveyard inflict damage to your opponents lifepoints equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle special summon 3 Ninja Wingman Tokens (lv1/WindWarrior/ATK0/DEF0) these tokens cannot be used for tribute of Synchro Summon.

(I'm assuming) Normal Spell

Discard 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your hand. Draw 2 cards. If you discarded "Elemental Hero Neos" for this effect, draw 3 cards instead.

 

I'll admit, the E-Heroes need this desperately. The Neos support helps it too.

 

Elemental Hero Zurakus

Good combo with Necroshade and Gardna. Nothing especially broken here.

While it would take some doing to get this card out, this card still seems a little OP'd. This card + H - Heated Heart (for starters) when your opponent has no monsters (do-able with this card) = OTK (ignoring the fact that this kills anything weaker than Blue-Eyes.) Tone it down a little.

This would do much better as a Normal Trap. You have much more accessibility to the cards you can play.

*sigh* E-Hero Synchros. As for the effect, fairly decent, though I would recommend changing the first effect to a Continuous Effect (i.e. "All other "Elemental Hero" monsters gain 800 ATK.) to protect against Divine Wrath.

 

Elemental Hero Ninja Flame Wingman

lv 8 Wind

Warrior/Synchro/Effect

1 Tuner + Elemental Hero Flamewingman

If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 3 "Ninja Wingman Tokens" (Level 1/WIND/Warrior-Type/ATK 0/DEF 0) The tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon or used as Synchro Material.

I might as well make the E-Hero Synchro speech here, as this one could easily be changed to a Fusion. The reason that no E-Hero Synchros exist is simply the fact that E-Heroes FUSE. That is how they roll, so to speak. Having Synchros means having to work Tuners in, which doesn't work too well, especially when the E Heroes have halfway decent Fusions and quick methods of getting them out. As for the card, as I mentioned, this could easily be a Fusion. Watch:

Admittedly this goes outside of the Archetype, but it works. Point: Stick with Fusion. It works better for E-Heroes than Synchro.
