No' date=' I just got a list and it explained it to me.

Ice cream has sugar

Pizza crust is hard

(Reasons they gave me, but I'm eating them)

Just no eating hard candy. I can lick them however.

[/quote']

EVERUTHING has suger. That's just stupid.

Pizza isn't hard at all.

Some of the places I buy pizza, they get hard crusts.

But if I want to complain, I have to tell it to my orthodontist, who is dead.

Sometimes.

I mean, they hurt if you eat something you're not supposed to eat, like hard candy or popcorn.

They also hurt when you get them tightened.

It's worse the second and third time you get them tightened.

It gets better as you get used to it.

You have to brush your teeth like three times a day, though. If you don't brush your teeth at all, when the braces get taken off there are these unremovable white dots all over your teeth and it looks disgusting. I don't have them , but I've seen people with the white dots.

It's more discomforting than anything. The stuff they put in your mouth to prepare you for braces is the worst. It's all just a matter of getting used to having all this crap in your mouth. Normally it takes about a few days to get over the discomfort after they tighten them. Until you get used to the discomfort, just eat soft stuff. Pain relievers are also your friends. Yeah, I had dental work for nearly 6 years. It kind of sucks.

I kind of have those. If you have them, they give you this polishing stuff that kind of cleans it up. It feels like what I would imagine it would be like if someone rubbed a glue stick on my teeth.
