atk is ok...and yes it is Hero-Type ...if it was "Hero"(that means in the name, not type).

 

The ATK should be lowered for fairness, and no. If you read any sub-type support card, you'll see that it says Spirit instead of Spirit-type, for example.

reinforcements and returning both say Warrior-Type

Warrior is a Type though, so that doesn't matter. Spirit is a sub-type, as is Hero. Learn your yugiohz.
