k i got the gimp installed. now wat?

 

open the pic u want holoed...then click open as layers and open up your hologram...then click on tools then transform...then scale...make the hologram cover your whole pic...then click on layers...click on the down arrow on layers and find dodge and click on it...then click on scale again and click where it says scale on the bottom...done(just save your pic) :D
