If you were told...

If someone came up to you right before you were about to eat, and told you the food you were eating would kill you and walked off, would you still eat it?

Basically common sense.

Depends, was this a reliable resource? If not, then I would continue to eat my Big Mac in spite of the overweight diabetic who told me not to.

My imagination would take over and make me not eat it.

I always think about everything I do. Except for in a couple cases, but I normally think before acting.

Waking up in the morning' date=' we risk dieing.

Taking a shower, we risk dieing.

Breathing, we risk dieing.

So of course, when we eat, we risk dieing.

Catching my drift?

However, we never stop and think about this, that the everyday things could infact kill us. It breaks the trust we put in the people that made the food, or the people that produced it, whoever, and can cause paranoia.

Depends on the person. If they guy is obviously wearing a black robe with a mask & hat, I will obviously take him down & find someone to call the police. If not, there's always home where you can cook your own stuff.

I'd wonder: How the hell did the guy break into my home?

You realize your security system sucks' date=' and you left a window open.

Why would a person climb into your house through the window and tell you not to eat something, and walk off without being stopped or anything?

Because he hasn't got a door?
