Flash Flyer - Sakura
Can't PETA find other things to do than run smear campaigns against McDonalds? I guess not
Mister Sir
Good God, the Chickens are bred to be killed for food anyway, so there's no point for PETA to be jabroniing about this. -.-"
Flash Flyer - Sakura
They like animals and I understand their point, but really to go this far, that is just unforgivable.
六兆年と一夜物語
PETA, get a life. Who gives a ---- about your opinion?
Xing
McDonalds is already crap. But I love chickens. But I love animals. I'm at a standstill on this one. On second thought, I'd say sue McDonalds for cruelty. And only little kids get Un/Happy Meals.
HORUS
What does it matter if the chickens are mistreated? They're killed for food anyways.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I don't know why PETA makes a great fuss about it. Look, at least we don't kill the baby chickens. (Actually, even an adult can get an Un/Happy Meal if they wanted to for themselves [why they'd want one, IDK] ) I like chicken too. Had some Chicken Sticks for lunch and probably I'm going to eat some Torikatsu (Chicken), a local favorite :D ~I don't know where I stand on this issue, either~
.:Incognito:.
Wait..PETA sucks.I love animals but still...Are these Unhappy meals are like out yet??
Aesirson
Altough it's wrong to mistreat the poor animals, it just gives them a better reason to end their pain by killing them and turn them into fast food. What a honorful destiny.
Yu-gi-oh Dude
What is the DEAL with PETA? They should be taken to court so that they are not allowed to create spoofs of other companies products. I swear, its just nasty for kids to see. Mehmani
PETA kill animals? It's over 9000! Seriously, PETA are dips*its. They got angry with Obama for swatting a fly, for God's sake! And anyhow, I hate McDonald's.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I didn't see the video of him killing the fly.
CinnamonStar
I don't like the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)' date='However, I do support the People for the Eating of Tasty Animals (PETA). Yum.[/quote'] I don't even eat meat, with very few exceptions, but you sir won this thread.0.oAnd the reason why I don't eat meat is not the "ethical treatment of animals", actually if that solves the whole hubbub you can serve me humans too, I don't mind. And PETA did more bad than good to everyone.=/I also don't think those slaughter images are great for children either.-.- Btw I have another kind news for you guys, some studies have shown that most of McDonald's merchandise IS NOT EVEN MADE OF animal food.-.-I read about a guy in the US accusing McDo about some problem with his McFish but he didn't succeed because it came out that McFish... aren't made of fish. At least at that time and that place. Don't know if it's like this everywhere. I don't have the link to the study anymore but if I find it back I'll post it. Mcdonalds have always been accused of mistreating there chickens ect. and I doubt this is any diffrent. The PETA are just vegeterian bible bashers* (lol) who can't accept are way of life. We kill things to survive. [spoiler=*] I am NOT calling all vegeterians bible bashers because I no most of them ain't (like Opalmoon :D) so please don't take it the wrong way. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Actually, I really don't care about it, since I don't eat Happy Meals as much. However I did go McDonalds for lunch yesterday. No PETA stuff there. But they really need to tone it down. I respect what they're trying to convey, but like it or not, some people will continue to eat meat. So basically it's a wasted effort on PETA's part. Soul Legacy
The PETA's efforts have always been a waste of time. Even thought some of them actually did at some point have good reasons it was seen that they were never going to succseed.
