CrabHelmet
The bans alone make this an excellent list by Konami's standards. A lot of the other changes, though, are really bizarre. I haven't been following the meta lately, I'll admit, but I didn't know One For One was considered overpowered. And who's this Dewloren chap in the Semi-Limited section? ~/Coolio Prime\~
And who's this Dewloren chap in the Semi-Limited section? 1 Tuner + 1 or more WATER non-Tuner monstersOnce per turn, you can return any number of face-up cards you control to their owners' hand(s). This card gains 500 ATK for each card returned this way, until the End Phase. Of the moves they did make, this was one of their dumbest.
ShinobiDark72
Ewww. I'm not liking what they've decided to Limit and Semi-limit. Unlimited are, interesting, and I'm surprised they'd unlimited Breaker. I cant really say anything about Dark Strike Fighter since I haven't seen it in action, but the bans are good. BulletMan
It says that JD and Honest are not known if they have been touched by the list, since they've only seen pics, not the entire list. So I would say that I'm certain that JD will get limited and Honest will get atleast semied for sure. The so far comfirmed list seems excelent to me. Good thing I'm switching my plant Deck for a Skill Town, cause sadly, Lonefire Blossom has been effected. :( But everything else is practically a gain for me. iAmNateXero
if i use diamond dudes effect' date=' and top cold wave, does the effect bypass the part of cold's effect that it has to be used FIRST in MP1 or not.[/quote'] Cold wave is all effect' date=' so you still have to activate it at the begining of the main phase, even iff it comes from diamond dude.[/quote'] This card can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. This doesn't look like an effect to me at all. How sure are you about this? Got sauce? [Re: Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude]: You cannot activate the effect of "Curse of Fiend"' date=' because it can only be activated during the Standby Phase. This card contains a similar restriction as to when it can be activated. Since this result is a no-go, then it would seem that you have to follow the restrictions of Cold Wave, which would mean that Cold Wave must be activated, still, at the beginning of your Main Phase 1. This was pulled from the xerocreative forums, and I remember reading it on the UDE forums when it was running. If this isn't official enough, i don't know where else I could tell you to look.[/quote'] Alright, looks like you are correct. Now, I have a question of my own. If I enter my Main Phase 1, and my opponent immediately activates a Trap Card or Quick-Play Spell Card, do I still have the option to activate Cold Wave? If not, could I, just before entering my Main Phase 1, call priority on Cold Wave to be sure about avoiding the Trap/Quick Play Spell Card, just like I can call priority on a just drawn Quick-Play Spell Card to avoid Trap Dustshoot? I'm guessing that the answer to both questions is no, because beginning of Main Phase 1 is when nothing has happened yet, and because Spell Speed 2 is faster than Spell Speed 1. However, this guess is so unimportant that it does not need color. And who's this Dewloren chap in the Semi-Limited section? 1 Tuner + 1 or more WATER non-Tuner monstersOnce per turn' date=' you can return any number of face-up cards you control to their owners' hand(s). I'd love to hear how many decks you think would actually run 3 Dewloren in the hopes of Synchro Summoning him and making use of his allegedly highly abusable effect three times per duel. Because, you know, I've got a sneaking suspicion that not many decks would. Which means that this Semi-Limit does nothing at all.

SephirothKirby
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- Konami officially hates cheap decks. No joke. I first observed this when you could build inexpensive OTK decks running 3 Monster Gate and 3 Reasoning- which got limited. Then you had to spend money on Tele-DAD or LS. Now, they're limiting Mind Master and One For One. They don't want Psychic OTK to exist, for around $20 What the f**k, Konami, stop forcing us to spend money. Also, announcing that CCV is banned a day before it comes out? Smart idea. I'm ragequitting out of here, this format looks to be garbage.
