So how do dolls survive but not humans?

Indeed, and this is just a shot in the dark, but:

 

8 dolls have special abilities that allow them to defeat robots, the 9th doesn't

8 dolls get their asses kicked, the 9th saves the day.

 

If the movie is THIS predictable, I see no reason why it should be good.

Every time a new Burton movie is announced, gothic kids across America jizz themselves.

That movie was great. I only have one problem. 6 keep saying how the guys were "trapped" inside the machine and then instead of inserting their souls back into their bodies (which i thought would've happened), they released their spirits. Which I still think was a good ending....im just getting tired of movies where someone HAS to die in the end.
